Not Reality, Actuality
This blog is just me stating, essentially, what comes to mind. I know that millions of bloggers do this, but I want to anyway.

One week
Hey y'all, I'm one week in to having a blog. This week, I got to see some old friends from college, and I can't wait to see them again when school starts up. I met my girlfriend's best friend, I think that went decently well. I finally finished the data entry project I've been working on all summer, I have no idea what they are going to have me do in work tomorrow. Um... That's pretty much it. My life is pretty boring during the summer.

Introduction
Hey y'all, I am writing for the first time on this new blog just to give a little information about myself.
I am currently 19 years old and living in California for college. I was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri: home of the Kansas City Royals, good barbecue, and more fountains than any city on earth, other than Rome, but they have a country within their city limits, so I don't know if that's a fair count.
I am studying education and English and hope to eventually teach at a classical, Christian school, perhaps in Seattle, but I am only a Sophomore, so that is a ways down the road. I work in the admissions office of my college both during the summer and the school year.
I have a wonderful girlfriend named Brittany. We have been together since Nov 27, 2012, and we are planning on staying together for the rest of our lives. I already bought the ring.
In high school, I was on the parliamentary debate team, winning the Kansas/Missouri power speaking title my senior year. I was in choir and I led the worship team at my classical, Christian school that I attended K-12. I also was involved in student government there. I spent a lot of time in the annual Shakespeare production having lead rolls in most that I was in. Igraduated top of my class in May 2012.
At college I am again in choir, and in theatre. I have made a lot of friends and I am excited to make more as I return this August. The school only has roughly 70 students, so it is easy to be friends with everyone.
I don't know how often I will post, but we will see where this goes.
